A Calm, Supportive Space for Children and Families

A Modern, Flexible Way to Get Support

We know that every family’s situation is different. Calmr offers both in person and online sessions to make support more accessible and flexible.

Children under 12 typically attend play based sessions in person, while teens can choose between in person or online support. Parent sessions are also available either way.

Our approach is structured but gentle, helping families understand what to expect while moving at a pace that feels manageable.
