About the Presenter

Julie Wilkins is the founder of CALMR Anxiety Coaching, supporting children and teenagers to master their anxiety and love life. With a background in school counselling and play therapy, Julie holds a Master of Counselling and completed postgraduate studies in Play Therapy. She has years of experience walking alongside children & young people and started Calmr Coaching to provide a consistent approach between school, home and primary caregivers.

Julie is passionate about equipping both children, and the adults who support them with practical tools, compassion and evidence-based strategies that create lasting change.
